This Privacy Policy Statement outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong SAR (“PDPO”).

In some situations, we may with your knowledge also collect personal information such as your identification numbers and date of birth.

The collection and processing of your information is necessary for us to provide you with the requested video production services and for us to perform our contractual obligations (if any) to you.

Under the PDPO, you have the right to check and access your personal data, and correct inaccurate personal data. Requests for access or correction should be addressed to our Data Protection Officer at info@handl.media. We may charge a reasonable fee for processing data access or related requests.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy Statement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
