The inception of this initiative aimed to spotlight the often-overlooked heroes within the golf maintenance team at Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club. These dedicated and inspirational individuals invest unwavering efforts to provide a golfing experience beyond compare for both club members and guests.

It is a community of individuals who pour their hearts and souls into creating an environment where players can connect with nature, challenge themselves, and appreciate the beauty that unfolds with every swing.

We came to realise that golf, in its essence, is not just a game.
