As part of the project, we worked with KIN Food Halls to create some quick videos showing KIN's distinctive culinary experiences. To give the audience an inside glimpse at the various styles and inspirations that shaped these offerings, the videos tapped into the brilliance of Hong Kong's featured chefs, including Richard Ekkebus and Peggy Chan.

An intriguing narrative is painted by Peggy Chan, Zero Foodprint's creator, who aims to motivate the world with climate-friendly dishes. We tagged along with Peggy as she explored a nearby farm and showcased how she makes her go-to vegetarian meals.
