Project Description
FWD Champions Day is one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious racing events, an international spectacle where local legends and global contenders collide. The challenge was to craft a campaign that celebrated the elite nature of its three Group 1 races and stirred anticipation and pride across local and global audiences. The brief called for a cinematic, emotionally charged narrative that could position the event as a world stage for rising stars and seasoned champions alike.
The video was built around a high-impact, story-driven approach, capturing the thrill, intensity, and prestige of FWD Champions Day. Fast-paced visuals, broadcast commentary, and immersive sound design worked in unison to reflect the energy of race day. A clear narrative thread was carried through action-led supers and dynamic edits, highlighting victory, rivalry, and celebration moments. The creative direction framed the races as sporting events and chapters in a broader story of ambition, resilience, and triumph.

What We Did
We delivered a suite of cinematic video assets optimised for event screens, digital platforms, and social media. Each version was tailored for various formats and language needs, ensuring wide accessibility and regional relevance. Through bold graphic treatments in FWD’s brand palette and an editorial voice that captured the grandeur of the event, the campaign connected emotionally with viewers and reinforced FWD’s role as title sponsor. The result was a compelling celebration of sport and storytelling, brought to life on a global stage.
