Project Description
The documentary focuses on the dialogue between Dr Adrian Cheng and Rafael Nadal, exploring how mental well-being and physical activity intersect in childhood development. Through intimate conversation and considered storytelling, the film positions the partnership as a meaningful collaboration between two foundations addressing the same issue from complementary perspectives, mental health and sport.
By treating the Children Ball as a narrative moment rather than a standalone event, we created a film that framed the partnership as an ongoing commitment to children’s wellbeing.
The result was a refined, purpose-driven documentary that transformed a fundraising evening into a lasting message around total wellbeing, impact, and long-term social change.

What We Did
In 2025, we worked with the Rafa Nadal Foundation to create a short documentary highlighting its partnership with The WEMP Foundation, founded by Dr Adrian Cheng. The film was commissioned for the Children’s Ball, a fundraising event held in Hong Kong, with the objective of going beyond event coverage to articulate a shared mission around children’s mental wellbeing, education, and physical development.
