Project Description

Luxury hospitality has long been defined by what hotels offer: exceptional service, world-class amenities, iconic locations. But the Peninsula saw an opportunity to redefine luxury around something more fundamental: time itself. Peninsula Time, their signature program offering guests the freedom to arrive as early as 6:00 AM, and depart as late as 10:00 PM, represents a bold shift in how stays are structured.

To launch this globally, The Peninsula needed a brand film that could capture not just the logistics of the program, but the philosophy behind it. A guest-first approach that puts control, flexibility, and freedom at the heart of their experience.

The production hinged on one thing: trust. With the creative, director, cinematographer, and styling team coming from the client side, our role was to build the infrastructure that would bring their vision to life, and do it with a crew that’s half the size of what’s typically needed. Across a January shoot and March reshoot, we coordinated international talent and handled the full logistical backbone: meticulous scheduling, crew coordination, timeline oversight, and real-time problem-solving. Our team moved fast, adapted quickly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. It required mutual trust from both sides, and a crew that could wear multiple hats without missing a beat.

What We Did

What if the greatest luxury wasn’t what you experience, but when? We created a brand film for The Peninsula Hotels’ signature program, Peninsula Time, engineered to give guests greater freedom over how their stay begins and ends. Working with a lean crew and international collaborators, we translated this philosophy into a piece that captures the comfort, whimsy, and pleasure that defines the Peninsula Time experience.
